PLEASE NOTE THAT USER ACCOUNTS ARE NEW.

Please ensure that you book an appointment with your alpha appropriate counsellor.  Multiple appointments will be deleted and only one appointment per student (the first one) will be honored.

On this site, you will be able to schedule a time to meet with your counsellor. 

Your username will be: Your student Number 

Your password will be: your birthdate (in this format: YYYYMMDD)  *Please see the front office if you are unable to log in.

Please make your booking with your alpha-counsellor.

When booking your appointment, please include the following information:

• Your name
• Your grade
• Your email address, and 
• The nature of change you are requesting using the following codes: IT for "incomplete timetable;" UT for "unbalanced timetable;" and MRC for "missing required course."

**To help us be able to keep scheduled appointments flowing, please be prompt and we will try to do the same.**
